unfortunately, it doesn't look like we're going to be making it to naples. more time in rome! and possibly some time in the south of france !!

updating this using the eee pc and free internet isn't as easy as i had hoped it would be, but i'll try to do better for the next two weeks. we're in rome for quite some time (about a week), so we're going to try to get near ocean or maybe make the alps happen. a ver !!

my god, i love this city. just ... so much.

it turns out staying buzzed for three weeks is going to be far more difficult than i initially thought. i need to start embracing naptime.

spent the day putzing around, getting my bearings again (after an embarrassing showing in sol last night). went to the prado for free, which was good, because i have no interest in seeing anything in the prado for money. reina sofia tomorrow though!! so exciting !!!!!

got to get to this new one euro bottle of wine now, hopefully it'll be more successful than the past few.
